合作教授简介：Paolo Gardoni, Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UIUC. Director of the MAE Center which focuses on the creating of a Multi-hazard Approach to Engineering. Associate Director of the NIST-funded Center of Excellence for Risk-based Community Resilience Planning. Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure. He is a member of a number of national and international committees and associations that focus on risk and reliability analysis. His research interests include sustainable and resilient infrastructure; reliability, risk and life cycle analysis; decision making under uncertainty; earthquake engineering; performance assessment of deteriorating systems. He is the author of over 100 refereed journal papers and 3 edited volumes.

主讲人简介：徐龙军，哈工大（威海）土木工程系教授、博士生导师，2015年度国家科技进步一等奖获得者，美国自然基金委重大基础性研究项目NHERI-CMSC(2015-2019)国际合作人，山东省《建筑工程抗震性态设计规范》主编，山东省地球物理学会常务理事，国内外期刊发表SCI、EI收录论文40余篇，研究领域包括：工程结构新一代设计地震动理论与方法、近沿海重大工程结构与设施地震安全及防护、结构抗震性态设计理论、方法与技术标准等。
